A unique residential project for the members of Bangladesh Army. This is an extra-ordinary initiative to provide a comfortable living experience to the officers of Bangladesh armed forces where people from all walks of live shall reside and enjoy the world class residential comfort. JOLSHIRI ABASHON was inaugurated on February 10, 2015. Total size of the project is 2133 acres, out of which only 722.25 acres (33.84%) are allotted for residential plots rest are used for other residential amenities as shown in the “Detailed land used” page.

Project Location

It is located to the eastern side (adjacent) of Bashundhara Residential Area. It is 8.3 KM from Kuril Flyover through 300ft Purbachal Link Road and it is 6.0 KM from American Embassy through Madani Avenue (width-120ft).

The proportion of allocation of prescribed citizen, urban and road communication as per housing rules of RAJUK(RAJDHANI UNNAYAN KORTIPOKKHO) has been maintain throughout the planning. For readers better understanding, Jolshiri Abashon authority has kept maximum open space instead of creating plots. As per prescribed land use format of RAJUK, 65% of the project area can be used for residential purpose whereas Jolshiri Abashon has used only 33.84%.
